I simply hate to deal with my landlord’s greedy wife. All she can think of is money, money and money. It appears as if that’s the only thing in this world which matters to her. The relationship of a landlord with his/her tenant is no less than the famous bitter-sweet relationship of a saas-bahu. God only knows when this saga will end.

I may sound too rude but my experience has turned me so bitter about them. They are like modern day vampires who suck away all the hard earned money of their tenants. I wonder what do they do with that hoarded money.
Thankfully my only experience with a landlord has been quite the contrary. But that is only where money was concerned. Maybe it was also because he stays abroad and does not really keep a track of his bank account here!
But two months ago, he did spring a surprise on me. One fine day he landed up at home and 'requested' that I had to vacate the place within a week! He had genuine reasons, but I thought he could have given me a forewarning - after all, phone and email are supposed to make communication faster.
May all your landlords turn into kind benevolent souls!

no experience at all... till now spent all my days in hostel or at home. but yea heard stories about landlords. I can at least imagine what it must feel like !

He he ...Thats Y they are named Land of lords ...wahi malik hain na ..so they have taken this as if they hv everything n rest are like pea nuts ...which are to be fried and chewed n left Insane ..they seems to have ..got a sense of ..insecurity on the money from their neighbors ...these ppl are real sickness of this society which need to addressed
