Q. Why do good girls always end up last?
P.S. This question is applicable to boys, also. What is the reason? Is it because they are not ready to compromise on their ideals or they are not ready to do just anything to climb up or they are less calculative or are they dumb.......???

No body got happy playing by the rules...break the rules...make your own live your life that way you want too...if you really like what you do then you would never ask this question...
I was here where you are...trust me the only way to be happy is chasing your happiness... forget about coming last ...think about the fun you had ..remember the sweet memories and move on to make newer ones ...keep trying till u meet the one u want to settle with :)

hmm interesting question but i have been reading the news that in the recent school board exams girls have performed much much better then boys..
I think you are right, values have changed i guess, respect,love and care for each other has gone for a six...
they make relations and then forget about it
you hardly know if someone says you are a friend .. do they mean it or is it jsut for the sake of it
or are they making fun of you, taking you for a ride to dump you
its all a chaos and no one knows whats going on
patience is not there i think :)

Reasons are case dependent. While bad mostly is tempting and exciting, being good doesn't mean you loose altogether. I feel the good takes time.

First you need to define a word "good". :)
If your definition is not matching your atmosphere & your surroundings..then definitely either one will leg behind.

I agree intelligent, career oriented girls use their brains to climb instead of beauty and sometimes it DID NOT go well in mail dominated society. But things have changed now.

It is not about what for & why you end up in the last, it is about what you achieve in the end. Sometimes best things arrive in the end in order to have their values.

This have popped in my mind too but I would differ to term good people as dumb.
Times have changed and today people are more willingly to do anything to achieve thier goals. Nobody cares whether it was done in the right way or not.
What should matter to the good people is that at the end of the day they should have the satisfaction that they did what they stood for, doesn't matter what others think.
hmm....if you choose the right path...doesn't mean that you will reach your destination in less time...
Believe me...choosing the right path means more hurdles...more problems and more heart breaks....
I don't know the reason but since the right path leads you to your MAKER directly so these lifeless hurdles and heart breaks are nothing as compared to the final union.

Well, I do agree that one's ideologies will pull him back from doing something against it.. But I don't believe that he will end up being a looser..
He might 'probably' more successful in the long run..

I think there is nothing called good or bad in absolute terms. It is your beliefs and thoughts...the things u consider as wrong, may be right for someone else.
I feel we should never compromise on our values to get first !! At the end of the day, it is the self satisfaction that matters..Also, I believe nothing went unseen by God..The good deeds do get good rewards..

I don't know what you mean by last ,but there are times when ending up last is actually a better deal then ending up first :)
they dont...in the long run i think that they can have a much more fulfilling life...as opposed to short term gains that ultimately lead to their destruction...

well wad i think is dat we all want some dark side in odrs, i mean if sum1 is totally too gud den its too irritating types.....like we say "It's gud to b bad sumtyms"
actually being gud isnt wrong, but sum ppl nvr do ne wrong ,jst nt a single thing dats against rules nd dat makes dem bound in a cage only....its gud to break out d cage nd live freely.....

Yes, I have asked myself the same question many times! Don't bother. Its what we feel about ourselves that matters. I believe that what we do in this life , we get paid for it here itself. So it's upto us to decide how we want to be paid! Good or bad! Take Care. :)

It is my first visit to this blog and I am greeted with this beautiful question that I would love to answer!
The question isn't wrong to begin with it is rather incomplete...!!
Good girls and guys struggle to find the one who completes them...inescapably true!!
reason is you want spark in life, you get attracted to glamor,Pole star catches your eye way quicker than a dim one...
But that doesn't mean it is a good deal!
A snooth talker , fancy , stylish person might go away to someone else as quickly as he comes..
A good person might not be able to get quick girlfriend or boyfriend, but the moment they commit to a relationship they commit to it !!
They have longer satisfying relationships rather than a day or two long ones , which leave everlasting scars rather than smiles!!
It is one's way of living!
I don't disapprove of either, it is your life you have the choice!!
But thinking that you are on the receiving end of all isn't a very good thing to say!!
So, I conclude things on a positive note
Let your heart beat every moment it lives, just keep waiting for the echo :)

Agreeing with all those who said that Good ones dont end up last at all.
These days they end up first and so much in style too!
i wouldn't say dumb. maybe naive. but in all likelihood i'd say that good people tend to believe the best in people, and although they might be 'last'now, they certainly will be 'first' in the long run...
