Blackout

Mind struggles,
Pen wrestles
Impotency plagues,
Nibs break,
Pages pale
And, the hegemony of silence continues.

P.S. Had this intense urge to write so just scribbled something though this is an ungodly hour for me to blog.

It is very good. Does not matter what time you wrote. :)))

as usual a well expressed thought even if it was an unholy hour..why a pencil when nibs break & pens wrestle..is it due to the confusion of the ungodly hour..lol

@ Compassion Unlimitted,
Thanks! I couldn't find an appropriate pic and I didn't have enough time then to surf more so settled with this pic as it did have a broken point. If I will find a more apt pic then shall change it.

@ Purple Mist,
Thanks :)

Despite the hurdles of a struggling mind and a a malingering pen,you have broken the silence with your beautiful verse.Keep them coming!!

Sometimes the paper expands, reaches out, and will swallow you.

So you are right to keep the pencil moving!

I really like this.
Pages crumble may have been more powerful than pages pale.
Nibs corrode may also have been more powerful than nibs break.

Sh@s,

Caught up with pending posts. Had a good laugh at the conversation. Writer's block stated so well in this.

Take care
