She: When did I peck you?
He: Hens peck. Right?
She: Right. But, when did I peck you?
He: You are a peahen and not peacock. Right?
She: Yes, but whenn.. did I peck you?? Stop accusing me of what I haven't done so far. (Simmering...)
He: Yes, you haven't so com'on give me one, now (points at his cheek and grins).
She: Youuu....huh...(marches out of the room).
He: That was easy. (smiles wickedly and concentrates back on his lappy)

Reminds me of a Nasuruddin Huda (Tinkle) comic strip. He sends his son to fetch water in an earthen vessel, and hits him before he goes. His argument is what is the point of hitting the boy after he has broken the earthen vessel, and I completely agree. :)
